Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of project or program management or client operations experience in a fast-paced media/advertising agency.
• Strong background in agile frameworks or Kanban board design.
• Mastery of workflow tools like Planner, Asana, JIRA, Trello, or Smartsheet; proficient in Office 365 and Google Workspace.
• High comfort level working with AI/ML models, dashboards, and data workflows.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Tracking: Own projects from intake to completion with Kanban-based tracking.
• Task Prioritization: Facilitate prioritization conversations and distinguish urgent work.
• Backlog Evaluation: Align cross-functional stakeholders on true priorities and ensure balanced delivery.
• Communication & Operational Defense: Be the primary contact for internal and client communications and drive governance.
