Job summary

SaaS Talent is seeking a Senior Project Manager to translate company priorities into structured initiatives, guiding digital launches, events, coaching programs, and other cross-functional work.

You will own detailed plans in Asana, coordinate Marketing, Product, Sales, and external partners, anticipate risks, and relentlessly drive toward outcomes with strong communication and ownership.

This is a hands-on operator role requiring proactive problem solving and relentless closing of loops.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on project management or launch management.
• Ability to turn objectives into repeatable processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience leading interdepartmental teams in remote settings.
• Strong CRM/marketing automation knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Own multiple concurrent cross functional projects across digital launches and events.
• Build and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, dependencies, milestones, ownership, and workflows in Asana.
• Coordinate Marketing, Copywriting, Marketing Automation, Customer Ops, Events, Coaching, Product, Sales, leadership and external partners to move initiatives to completion.
• Identify risks, chase dependencies, hold stakeholders accountable, elevate issues when necessary.
• Close execution gaps and validate deliverables.
