Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Senior Program Manager to drive cross-functional launches for the AFP Marketing, Acquisition and Experience team. You will design scalable processes, own end-to-end delivery, and partner with initiative owners to meet requirements while tracking launch metrics and continuously improving performance.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, risk mitigation, and conducting retrospectives to refine our go-to-market launches across multiple business units.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Designing a scalable launch process.
• Driving complex projects focusing on results and metric measurement to launch on time.
• Partnering with initiative owners and using influence to meet launch requirements.
• Developing a launch metric, including escalations data, and tracking performance.
• Conducting retrospectives to identify opportunities to improve the launch process.
• Removing roadblocks and mitigating risks.
