Job summary

United Site Services in the United States is seeking a Senior Project Manager to drive the planning, coordination, and execution of complex, cross-functional initiatives, ensuring projects stay on time, on scope, and deliver sustained impact.

You will lead development of plans, manage milestones, risks, and issues, and apply governance frameworks to provide transparent updates to senior leaders. Mentorship of junior team members and collaboration with initiative owners are key.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Admin, IT or related field.
5+ years leading large cross-functional initiatives; PMO experience preferred.
PMP, Agile, SAFe or equivalent certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead development, integration, and maintenance of project plans and workstreams.
Monitor milestones, risks, and issues with escalation to senior stakeholders.
Apply project management templates and governance for consistency.
Oversee centralized documentation: status reports, logs, risk registers.
Coordinate and facilitate meetings; capture outcomes and actions.
Align progress with governance expectations and enterprise reporting.
Manage consulting partners and vendors to ensure goals are met.
Identify interdependencies and ensure continuity across workstreams.
Mentor junior team members and advocate continuous improvement.
