Job summary

Omnicom Precision Marketing is seeking a Project/Program Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives across Creative, Technology, QA, UX, Production and Analytics. You will manage multiple medium-size launches in a deadline-driven environment and coordinate with clients and internal teams to deliver quality results.

The role emphasizes mentoring junior PMs, maintaining strong communication, and applying risk management to keep programs on track.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, relevant experience desired.
• 2-5 years of project management experience in operations, digital technology or web development.
• Experience in an agency environment, or equivalent client-side experience.
• Solid knowledge of the web and related technologies including user experience, web development, web services, integration, application management and hosting.
• MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with MS Project or similar project planning software (e.g. Smartsheet).
• Familiarity with production tools and proprietary software (Egnyte, JIRA, Outlook).
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS).

Responsibilities

• Manage projects with cross-functional teams including Creative, Technology, QA, UX/IA, Production, and Analytics.
• Handle multiple medium-size launches concurrently in a deadline-driven environment.
• Run effective client and team meetings with clear deliverables and expectations.
• Develop and manage project scope documents, schedules, resource needs and staffing assignments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, agency partners and vendors.
• Coach and mentor Associate Project Managers.
• Use strong communication to strengthen client, agency and team relationships.
