Qualifications

7+ years of project management experience in asset management or financial services.
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives within financial services.
Experience working with Confluence and JIRA tools.
Experience operating in regulated environments with strong governance.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day project execution including scope management, planning, milestone tracking, and issue resolution.
Coordinate with Investments, Operations, Distribution, Marketing, Product, Data Management, Technology and external vendors.
Identify dependencies and maintain program momentum across projects.
Prepare and deliver status updates, dashboards, and materials for senior stakeholders.
