Working in partnership with the Program Manager, you will lead planning, coordination, execution, and delivery activities across cross‑functional teams while ensuring alignment with program objectives, governance standards, and broader strategic priorities, contributing to the success of the program. This role requires strong project leadership, disciplined execution, and the ability to build effective partnerships across business, technology, and external stakeholders. This role also contributes to program‑level planning, governance, and continuous improvement efforts, helping to ensure successful delivery across a portfolio of related initiatives.

Working in partnership with the Program Manager, you will lead planning, coordination, execution, and delivery activities across cross‑functional teams while ensuring alignment with program objectives, governance standards, and broader strategic priorities, contributing to the success of the program. This role requires strong project leadership, disciplined execution, and the ability to build effective partnerships across business, technology, and external stakeholders. This role also contributes to program‑level planning, governance, and continuous improvement efforts, helping to ensure successful delivery across a portfolio of related initiatives. Success in this role means consistently delivering complex initiatives on schedule, proactively managing risks and dependencies, and fostering strong collaboration across both internal and external vendor teams when applicable. The successful candidate will demonstrate sound judgment, transparent communication, and a solutions‑oriented mindset while providing the structure and leadership needed to drive successful project delivery while supporting broader program outcomes. We currently operate in a hybrid working model, whereby you will be required to work in‑office 4 days per week. Location(s): Milwaukee, WI or Charlotte, NC

Responsibilities

Project Execution & Delivery

• Lead the day‑to‑day execution of projects, including scope management, detailed planning, milestone tracking, and issue resolution
• Drive delivery against agreed timelines while aligning with program‑level objectives, governance, and dependencies
• Coordinate across key stakeholders, including but not limited to Investments, Operations, Distribution, Marketing, Product, Data Management, Technology, and external vendors
• Proactively identify delivery dependencies across projects and coordinate with partner teams to maintain program momentum

Vendor & Financial Management

• Manage day‑to‑day vendor delivery activities where applicable, including milestone tracking, issue management, and escalation
• Support contract oversight, budget tracking, and spend management at the project level
• Escalate delivery risks related to vendor timelines, cost exposure, or quality to the Program Manager

Risk, Issue & Change Management

• Identify, document, and manage project‑level risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies
• Develop mitigation strategies and elevate risks through established governance forums
• Partner with business stakeholders to support organizational change management, including stakeholder communications and readiness activities across impacted investment and operations teams

Stakeholder Communication & Reporting

• Prepare and deliver regular project status updates, dashboards, and materials for program and senior stakeholder review
• Facilitate working sessions, project meetings, and cross‑functional coordination forums
• Maintain clear, transparent communication to support alignment and informed decision‑making

Documentation & Tools

• Maintain comprehensive project documentation including project plans, RAID logs, timelines, and status reports
• Utilize PMO methodologies, governance standards, and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams) to ensure consistent project execution and reporting

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience within asset management or financial services
• Demonstrated experience leading cross‑functional initiatives within asset management or financial services
• Experience working with Confluence and JIRA tools
• Experience operating in regulated environments with strong governance and control expectations
• Strong execution, organization, and communication skills, including engagement with senior stakeholders
• Ability to work at a computer and use standard business software for extended periods during the workday.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and business partners in person and electronically as needed.
• Engage in regular in‑person interaction and collaboration with team members and other stakeholders.
• Work effectively in a professional office environment with ongoing collaboration, activity, and shifting priorities.
• Maintain productivity and focus while balancing multiple tasks and interruptions common in an in‑person business setting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience coordinating vendor‑led implementations and third‑party delivery partners
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and project management best practices
• Experience preparing executive‑level presentations, dashboards, and status reporting
• PMP, PMI‑ACP, Scrum Master, or similar project management certification
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field

Compensation

Base Pay Range: $145,000 - $160,000. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary bonus programs, or other annual or non‑annual incentive or sales plans.)
