Job summary

Allspring Global Investments Holdings, LLC is seeking a Senior Application Strategist to guide the SMA engineering roadmap, translating investment and operational needs into scalable requirements and delivery plans across the full lifecycle.

You will partner with business stakeholders, product owners, engineers, designers, and QA to define strategy, drive modernization efforts, and ensure measurable business value, while working in a hybrid setting (in-office four days per week).

Qualifications

• Five+ years in investment management or financial services technology.
• Experience supporting investment applications or separately managed accounts preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery, documentation, validation, and prioritization of requirements.
• Translate objectives into technical specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and documentation.
• Define and drive the application roadmap with stakeholders and engineering teams.
• Coordinate delivery plans, manage risks, timelines, and dependencies.
• Develop and maintain clear help content and operational documentation.
