Allspring Global Investments is seeking a Client Reporting Associate in Charlotte, NC or Milwaukee, WI. The role supports quality control, service management, and reporting intake to ensure accurate, on-time client deliverables within a strong control framework.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to manage reporting requests and escalations while upholding governance standards and operational risk requirements. This hybrid role requires in-office work four days per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in finance or related field.
• 3–5 years in institutional client reporting, asset management, or related area.
• Knowledge of institutional client reporting deliverables and governance.
• Experience supporting quality control, workflow management, and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support client reporting intake, QC, and service delivery coordination.
• Review high-risk or complex client reports for compliance with requirements.
• Apply quality procedures, controls, checklists, and approvals.
• Maintain reporting calendars, queues, and escalation processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and align deliverables.
