Qualifications

• 4 years of relevant project management experience required; 7 years preferred.
• Experience leading complex projects with multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
• PMP or a comparable advanced project management certification preferred.
• Scrum, Agile, ITIL, change management, or related delivery certifications valued.
• Strong understanding of governance, scope, schedules, budgets, resources, and risk.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, high-visibility projects across infrastructure modernization, cloud adoption, and security remediation.
• Establish project governance, delivery approaches, milestones, acceptance criteria, and escalation paths.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans with scope, resources, schedules, and budgets.
• Direct cross-functional teams and vendors, ensuring delivery commitments and quality standards.
• Provide executive-level reporting on milestones, financials, risks, and decisions.
• Mentor junior project managers and promote PM tools, controls, and best practices.
• Support scoping, estimating, proposal development, and transition from BD into delivery.
