Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in investment data, governance, or related services.
• Deep understanding of securities, issuers, benchmarks, pricing, valuation, and reference data.
• Experience leading cross-functional governance forums and senior stakeholder routines.
• Strong executive presence with clear communication and influence across teams.
• Experience with data quality management, cleansing, controls, and governance documentation.
• Proficiency with Bloomberg, Excel, SQL, VBA, Python, and PowerApps.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Investment Data Council and stakeholder alignment.
• Partner with business, investment, operations, technology, risk, compliance, and data governance.
• Oversee governance for securities, issuers, benchmarks, pricing, valuation, and reference data.
• Define data quality standards, rules, controls, and exception management.
• Oversee data sourcing, validation, processing, and distribution across platforms and vendors.
• Onboard pricing, valuation, reference, and benchmark data sources with cross-functional teams.
• Identify opportunities to automate and reduce cost in data operations.
• Translate data topics into business cases, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes.
