Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience within asset management or financial services.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives within asset management or financial services.
• Experience working with Confluence and JIRA tools.
• Experience operating in regulated environments with governance expectations.
• Strong execution, organization, and communication skills with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day project execution with scope management and milestones.
• Coordinate across Investments, Operations, Distribution, Marketing, Product, Data, Technology, and vendors.
• Proactively identify delivery dependencies and maintain program momentum.
• Manage vendor delivery, budget tracking, and spend at the project level.
• Identify risks and issues and develop mitigation strategies within governance forums.
