Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage stakeholders (architects, engineers, supply chains) to deliver compliant projects.
• Analyze and track milestones to avoid schedule slips.
• Verify governance, processes, and systems are used.
• Produce formal project status reports as required.
• Monitor multiple construction projects to ensure standards are applied.
• Manage interface between suppliers via trackers and reviews.
• Provide cost control, value engineering, and constructability guidance.
