Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our team in the United States. The role involves leading large-scale construction projects, coordinating with architects, engineers, and suppliers, and ensuring governance and best practices across programs.

You will manage milestones, produce status reports, and provide cost control guidance while supporting owners and regional stakeholders in a dynamic, on-site environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or equivalent.
• 5–7 years of relevant project management experience.
• Strong organizational and management skills to work with the broader team.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, and construction PM tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage stakeholders including architects, engineers, and supply chains to deliver compliant projects.
• Track milestones and avoid schedule slips.
• Ensure application of best practice on all projects.
• Produce formal project status reports and related reports.
• Monitor multiple construction projects to ensure design standards are applied.
• Interface between all suppliers via trackers and weekly reviews.
• Provide cost control, value engineering and constructability guidance as needed.
• Respond to RFIs from the field.
• Provide technical support to owners, architects and contractors.
