You will lead interfaces between owners, architects, engineers, and contractors, track milestones, prepare status reports, and apply industry best practices to maximize value for clients. On-site work with potential travel and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or related field.
Strong organizational and management skills with ability to work collaboratively.
Effective presentation skills.
Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, and construction project management tools.

Responsibilities

Manage stakeholders including architects, engineers, and supply chains to deliver compliant projects.
Analyze, track, and manage critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slips.
Verify that governance, processes, and systems are utilized effectively.
Produce project status reports and other required reports.
