Turner & Townsend, a global professional services firm, is seeking an experienced Critical Facilities Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale construction programs.

The role requires 5–7 years of project management, strong stakeholder coordination, and expertise in cost control, value engineering and Procore.

On-site work will vary by client needs, with reporting and governance practices to ensure design standards are met and projects stay on track.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or applicable field.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of relevant project management experience.
  • Strong organizational and management skills; able to collaborate with broader team.
  • Effective presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, and PM tools.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage stakeholders to deliver compliant projects.
  • Track milestones to avoid schedule slips.
  • Verify governance, processes and systems are used.
  • Produce formal project status reports.
  • Monitor progress of multiple projects and ensure standards.
  • Interface with suppliers via trackers and reviews.
  • Provide cost control and value engineering guidance.
  • Support owners, architects, and contractors.
  • Respond to RFIs from the field.
