Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our team in the United States. The ideal candidate will have prior experience supporting large-scale construction projects and will manage stakeholders across architects, engineers, and supply chains to deliver compliant projects.

Responsibilities include tracking milestones, governance, reporting, and ensuring best practices are applied across multiple projects, while coordinating design teams and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or civil engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5-7 years of relevant project management experience.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, and construction project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage stakeholders including architects, engineers, and supply chains to deliver compliant projects.
• Track and manage critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slips.
• Ensure application of best practice on all projects.
• Produce formal project status reports and other required reports.
• Monitor progress of multiple construction projects to ensure design standards are applied correctly.
