Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Critical Facilities Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale construction programs in the United States. The role focuses on delivering compliant projects, coordinating architects, engineers, and supply chains, and maintaining rigorous governance and reporting.

On-site presence is required; you will manage cost control, value engineering, and constructability guidance, while fostering client relationships with regional stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors in construction management or civil engineering or equivalent.
  • 5-7 years of project management experience.
  • Strong organizational and team collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in Procore and MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

  • Manage stakeholders including architects and engineers to deliver compliant projects.
  • Analyze and manage critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slips.
  • Ensure governance, processes and systems are applied on projects.
  • Produce formal project status reports and additional reports as required.
  • Monitor multiple construction projects to ensure design standards are applied.
  • Manage interfaces with suppliers through monthly trackers and weekly reviews.
  • Provide cost control and value engineering guidance where required.
  • Independent review of status reports, drawings, timelines and costs.
