Job summary

The Ohio State University seeks a Sr. Project Manager to lead planning, intake, execution, and closure of complex design, video, copy, and digital projects in the Health System Shared Services division.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in project coordination or management for creative, video, or digital projects.
Experience in a corporate marketing department or agency environment preferred.
Experience collaborating with vendors on the print and mailing production process.
Knowledge of project tracking software; proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

Plan, intake, execute, and close complex design, video, copy, and digital projects.
Lead multiple projects within broader portfolios and allocate resources.
Serve as liaison between project management, creative services, and external vendors.
