Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Engineering/Construction Management/Architecture or 5–10 years in design/construction.
• Healthcare environment experience preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee budgets, schedules, design, construction, FF&E and IT for healthcare projects.
• Develop end users’ programs and supervise design consultants.
• Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Plan occupancy of new/relocated end user programs.
• Promote safety and quality as a High Reliability Organization.
