Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in project coordination or management for creative, video, or digital projects.
• Experience in a corporate marketing department or agency environment preferred.
• Experience collaborating with vendors on the print and mailing production process.
• Knowledge of project tracking software preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Sr. Project Manager## Department:Health System Shared Services | Communications and Marketing**Scope of Position**Responsible for supporting the business operations, administrative and project management functions of the Marketing, Communications & Digital Strategy Department at the OSU Wexner Medical Center. The Sr. Project Manager manages the flow of project requests through the creative process from job initiation to completion and ensures on-time delivery of all projects. This position manages projects through the internal creative process and with external creative consultants as identified by department.
