Job summary

Ohio State University’s Health System Shared Services department seeks a Sr. Project Manager to oversee complex design, video, copy, and digital projects across service lines and corporate priorities.

The role leads intake, planning, execution, and closure, ensuring on-time delivery. It coordinates internal teams and external vendors, manages budgets and schedules, and acts as the primary liaison for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in project coordination or management for creative, video, or digital projects.
• Experience in a corporate marketing department or agency environment preferred.
• Experience collaborating with vendors on the print and mailing production process.
• Knowledge of project tracking software preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, intake, execution and closure of complex design, video, copy and digital projects.
• Manage multiple projects within broader strategic portfolios as a portfolio manager.
• Oversee workflow, schedules and resources to move projects from concept to delivery.
• Act as central point of contact for resolving conflicts and keeping all parties informed.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors.
