United Future in New York, NY seeks a Senior Project Manager for Corporate Workplace Interiors to lead diverse projects for our NYC practice.

The role requires 10+ years of continuous project management experience in corporate interiors, with working knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD, plus strong presentation and communication skills and familiarity with NYC/IBC codes.

The position is full-time, hybrid, with a comprehensive benefits plan.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture; Master’s degree a plus.
• Minimum of 10 years of continuous project management in corporate workplace interiors.
• Working knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD.
• Strong presentation and communication skills; excellent verbal and interpersonal abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in responding to RFPs and attend new business presentations.
• Calculate and track man-hour projections and project fees.
• Generate contractual agreements and interface with clients, RE teams, landlords and consultants.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, staffing and production.
• Coordinate bidding, bid reviews and consultant documents; manage change orders and invoicing.
