Key People in New York is seeking a Senior Project Manager with 10+ years of continuous corporate workplace interior experience for the NYC office. Lead diverse projects, respond to RFPs, and manage budgets, schedules, and client interfaces.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Architecture (Master’s a plus), strong knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD, and excellent presentation and communication skills. Hybrid work and a comprehensive benefits plan are included.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (BA); Master’s degree a plus.
• Minimum of 10 years of continuous project management experience in Corporate Workplace Interiors.
• Working knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in responding to RFPs and attend new business presentations.
• Calculate and track man-hours projections and project fees.
• Generate contractual agreements and interface with client, real estate team, landlord and consultants.
• Assist in code review, building analysis, and lease review.
• Prepare consultant RFPs and generate project budgets and schedules.
• Prime client interface during all phases of project and oversee staffing projections.
• Final red-line review of construction documents and overall review of consultant documents.
• Manage project finances including budgets, contracts, change orders, additional services requests, payment requisitions, fee tracking, invoicing and collections.
• Attend project meetings and coordinate bidding process, including Q&A, bid review and analysis.
