Talent With Heart is seeking a Senior Project Manager for Corporate Workplace Interiors in New York City. Lead diverse interior design projects, coordinating clients, consultants, and the real estate team to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of corporate interiors experience, proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, and strong presentation and communication skills to navigate NYC Building Codes and lease reviews. Hybrid work and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture required; MA a plus.
• Minimum 10 years of continuous project management in corporate workplace interiors.
• Working knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD; strong presentation and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead diverse corporate interior projects from inception to close-out.
• Interface with clients, real estate teams, landlords and consultants.
• Prepare budgets, schedules, and consultant RFPs; manage change orders and invoicing.
• Coordinate bidding, interviews, bid review, and analysis.
• Oversee project production, staffing projections, and final construction documentation review.
