Red Seal Recruiting Ltd. is seeking a Senior Project Manager for corporate workplace interiors in New York City.

The role leads diverse interior projects, coordinating with clients, real estate teams, landlords and consultants. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of corporate interior project management experience and solid knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD, with strong presentation and communication skills and a thorough understanding of NYC/IBC codes.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture; MA is a plus.
• 10+ years of continuous project management experience in corporate workplace interiors.
• Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD.
• Strong presentation, verbal and written communication skills with NYC/IBC knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in responding to RFPs and attend new business presentations.
• Calculate and track man‑hour projections and project fees.
• Prepare contractual agreements and oversee project budgets and schedules.
• Interface with clients, real estate teams, landlords and consultants.
• Oversee project production, staffing projections and consultant documents.
