Unknown Client in New York City is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead corporate workplace interiors projects. The role requires 10+ years in similar environments and a strong command of project controls, budgets, and client interfaces.

The ideal candidate combines proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD with NYC/IBC codes knowledge and excellent presentation and communication skills. This full-time, hybrid position offers a competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of continuous project management experience in corporate workplace interiors.
• Working knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD.
• Strong presentation, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Solid understanding of NYC and IBC building codes, compliance, filing strategies, and base building infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Assist in responding to RFPs and attend new business presentations.
• Calculate and track man-hour projections and project fees.
• Generate contractual agreements and manage project budgets.
• Interface with the client, real estate team, landlord and consultants.
• Oversee project production, staffing projections and final red-line of construction documents.
• Manage project finances including budgets, contracts, change orders, invoicing and collections.
• Attend project meetings and coordinate bidding process.
