Job summary

Sun Recruiting, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager for Corporate Workplace Interiors in New York, NY. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of continuous PM experience in corporate interiors and a solid command of Revit and AutoCAD.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture is required; MA a plus.
• Minimum 10 years of continuous project management experience in Corporate Workplace Interiors.
• Working knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD is required.
• Strong presentation, verbal, interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Solid understanding of NYC and IBC Building Codes, compliance, filing strategies, and base building infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Assist in responding to RFPs and attend new business presentations.
• Calculate and track man-hour projections and project fees.
• Generate contractual agreements and interface with clients, real estate teams, landlords and consultants.
• Assist in code review, building analysis, and lease review.
• Prepare consultant RFPs and generate project budgets and schedules.
• Prime client interface during all phases of the project and oversee production and staffing projections.
• Oversee construction documents leading to final red-line review and consultant coordination.
• Manage project finances including budgets, contracts, change orders, and invoicing; handle collections.
• Attend project meetings and coordinate bidding processes including Q&A, bid reviews and analyses.
• Coordinate with project team for overall success from start to close-out.
