Ideal candidate has a BA in Architecture (MA a plus), strong Revit and AutoCAD skills, and proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and client interfaces.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture required.
• Minimum of 10 years of continuous project management experience in Corporate Workplace Interiors.
• Working knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD.
• Strong presentation skills, verbal and interpersonal communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist in responding to RFPs and attend new business presentations.
• Calculate and track man/hour projections and project fees.
• Generate project budgets and schedules.
• Prime client interface during all phases of project and manage project finances.
• Attend project meetings and coordinate bidding process.
• Oversee project production, staffing projections, and sign‑off on closeout.
