Job summary

Confident Search Consultants seeks a Senior Project Manager for Corporate Workplace Interiors in New York City. You will lead diverse projects, coordinate with clients, real estate teams, landlords and consultants, and manage budgets and schedules.

The role requires a minimum of 10 years of continuous PM experience in corporate interiors, plus strong Revit and AutoCAD skills, and excellent presentation and communication abilities. Hybrid work and a comprehensive benefits plan are included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (BA); MA a plus.
• Minimum of 10 years of continuous project management experience in corporate workplace interiors.
• Working knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD.
• Strong presentation, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of NYC and IBC Building Codes, compliance, and base building infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Assist in responding to RFPs and attend new business presentations.
• Calculate and track man/hour projections and project fees.
• Generate contractual agreements and interface with clients and consultants.
• Prepare consultant RFPs and generate project budgets and schedules.
• Manage project finances including budgets, contracts, change orders, invoicing and collections.
• Oversee project production, staffing projections, and project close-out.
