Hedrick Brothers Construction is seeking a Project Manager III to lead our largest, most complex projects with a focus on quality, safety, and profitability. You will own budgeting, scheduling, and contract administration while guiding a team to successful outcomes for Florida-based projects.

The role requires 10+ years in commercial construction, a Bachelor's degree preference, and proficiency with Procore and Bluebeam.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of relevant commercial construction experience.
• Strong leadership and owner-facing communication on complex projects.
• OSHA 30-Hour certification required or willingness to obtain.
• First Aid / CPR certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the largest and most complex projects with full responsibility for outcomes.
• Manage budget, schedule, plans, and specifications in Procore.
• Provide monthly cost projections and progress reports (baseline vs. actual, critical path).
• Review and approve field cost expenditures and manage change orders.
• Handle PCOs, CORs, subcontracts, purchase orders, RFIs, and warranties.
• Process and manage owner and subcontractor pay requests in a timely manner.
• Close out projects financially and conduct warranty periods as required.

Formação académica

Bachelor's degree preferred in construction management, engineering, or a related field
