Qualifications

• 7+ years of construction experience; working for a general contractor on large-scale projects is highly preferred.
• DBIA and LEED accreditation a plus.
• Ability to lead, develop, and motivate teams; manage complex contracts and procurement.

Responsibilities

• Lead all activities related to contract administration, change orders, procurement, schedule, and financial reporting.
• Develop and maintain project plans outlining tasks, timelines, and resources.
• Communicate with stakeholders, manage risk, and monitor progress against schedule.
• Lead, train, and develop project team members; ensure safety and compliance.
• Prepare monthly job status reports; manage project close-out and turnover of manuals and warranties.
• Foster relationships with owners, engineers, and design firms; support new business proposals.
