Job summary

Clark Construction Group in Virginia seeks a Construction Executive to lead all field operations on large projects. You will supervise self‑performing and contracted work, ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence while guiding a high‑performing team.

You will advance client relationships, coordinate multi‑discipline meetings, and drive recovery plans to keep projects on time and on budget.

Qualifications

Undergraduate or graduate degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or related field.
12+ years on large commercial projects.
6+ years leading, developing and motivating teams.

Responsibilities

Supervise and lead timely and cost‑effective installation of contracted work on the project or multiple projects.
Implement safety programs and conduct regular safety inspections to ensure compliance with regulations.
Cultivate safety and quality culture among Clark employees and subcontractors.
Create and manage a plan to sequence work, site logistics, and tracking of materials and personnel.
Develop and maintain project schedule and milestones; communicate schedule with contractors and stakeholders.
Mentor and develop team members; build client relationships and maintain professionalism in meetings.
Lead marketing proposals and presentations; demonstrate proactive problem‑solving to resolve conflicts and risks.
