Qualifications

• 7+ years of construction experience, preferably with a general contractor on large projects.
• 4+ years leading and motivating teams.
• Understanding of project financials, scheduling, and risk management.
• Ability to build relationships with owners, engineers, and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead contract administration, change orders, procurement, schedule, and financial reporting.
• Secure permits and verify insurance coverage for subcontractors.
• Prepare monthly job status reports and close-out documents.
• Develop and maintain relationships with owners, engineering and design firms.
• Establish deadlines and monitor project progress.
• Drive safety culture on the project site.
• Support business development through proposals and presentations.
