Job summary

Clark is seeking a Construction Executive to lead and oversee field operations on large commercial projects in Virginia. You will supervise self-performed and contracted work, ensuring compliance with contract documents and the project schedule, while promoting a culture of safety and quality.

You will develop and manage project plans, coordinate with stakeholders, and mentor a multidisciplinary team to deliver projects on time and on budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in a related field (engineering, architecture, construction management) or equivalent experience.
• Ability to lead large commercial projects and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong knowledge of safety programs and regulatory requirements (OSHA).

Responsibilities

• Supervise timely and cost-effective installation of contracted work on the project(s).
• Implement safety programs and conduct regular safety inspections for compliance.
• Cultivate safety and quality culture among Clark employees and subcontractors.
• Develop and update project schedule; manage logistics and resources.
• Maintain high quality of work aligned with standards.
• Deliver projects on schedule and on budget; drive recovery plans when needed.
• Lead meetings to gain buy-in on the schedule and milestones.
• Mentor and develop team members to build a high-performing group.
• Build and manage client relationships; communicate with executives and stakeholders.
• Represent the company professionally in internal and external meetings.
