Job summary

Clark Construction Group seeks a Project Manager to direct day-to-day project management. You will craft a project plan with tasks, timelines, and resources, and lead communications among stakeholders while monitoring risk and progress. Successful candidates show a passion for delivering results.

This role requires driving a safety culture on site, coordinating with owners, engineers, and design teams, and actively supporting new business through proposals and presentations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of construction experience on large-scale projects.
• 2+ years leading and motivating teams.
• Understanding of strategic, operational, and financial components of a project.
• Ability to make timely decisions.
• Experience managing projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Lead contract administration, change orders, procurement, schedule, and financial reporting.
• Manage permits and verify insurance coverage for subcontractors.
• Lead project meetings to coordinate work activity.
• Lead, train, and develop project team members.
• Prepare and submit monthly job status reports outlining priorities and issues.
• Lead project close-out, turnover of manuals and warranties, and final payments for subcontractors.
• Develop and maintain relationships with owners, engineers, and design firms.
• Establish deadlines and monitor progress.
• Drive a culture of safety on the project site.
• Support acquisition of new work through proposals and presentations.
• Provide leadership to foster inclusion and diversity.
• Proactively identify and develop relationships with industry professionals to generate work.
• Recruit top industry talent to join Clark; hire and retain outstanding people.
• Exceed stakeholders' expectations by anticipating their needs, desires, and goals.
