The role emphasizes accurate cost control, documentation, and adherence to safety standards. Travel up to 40% may be required; a driving license is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a construction-related field or equivalent.
• OSHA 30-hour Construction Training Course completed.
• 3+ years of industry-specific experience.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local building codes and construction laws.
• Ability to engage in effective collaboration, communication, and negotiation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to travel up to 40%.

• Forecasts project costs, revenue, and gross profit monthly.
