Job summary

Harper Limbach LLC in Boynton Beach, FL seeks a Project Manager to lead construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with contractual obligations, internal policies, and The Limbach Way.

You will manage customer relationships, develop detailed scopes for subcontractors, monitor costs, and drive on-time delivery while upholding quality, safety, and profitability. A Bachelor’s in construction and OSHA 30-hour training are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a construction-related field or equivalent.
• 3+ years of industry-specific experience.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local building codes and construction laws.
• Demonstrated collaboration, communication, and negotiation skills.
• OSHA 30-hour Construction Training required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 40%.

Responsibilities

• Uses project management information systems to govern project lifecycle.
• Manages customer relationships to secure future repeat business.
• Protects company interests through thorough documentation and timely communication.
• Breaks down cost estimates for accurate projections.
• Issues POs to equipment providers and material suppliers per guidelines.
• Develops scope of work for subcontractors.
• Identifies cost impacts from changes in scope/schedule.
• Pursues compensation for impacts per contract terms.
• Designs labor plans and loading schedules, tracks productivity.
• Forecasts costs, revenue, and gross profit monthly for stakeholders.
• Monitors cash flow with value schedules and timely collections.
• Oversees engineering/commissioning resources and subcontractors.
• Manages project completion, final acceptance, and warranty.
