Job summary

Ceco Concrete Construction is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee concrete formwork projects from planning through execution on site. The role requires supervising Assistant Project Managers and coordinating with subcontractors to drive safety, quality and productivity.

The position focuses on cost control, schedule adherence, and strong customer relationship management to deliver total concrete solutions. A leadership mindset and extensive CAD experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum seven years’ experience in similar project management roles.
• Advanced written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Expertise with reading structural drawings and CAD (AutoCAD).

Responsibilities

• Oversees and coordinates the planning and implementation of concrete formwork projects.
• Oversees jobsite inspections/audits of shoring, rebar/post-tensioning installation, safety, and quality.
• Responsible for managing the project productivity, costs, quality and safety.
• Oversees management of assigned projects including working with local team to develop processes for delivering total concrete solutions.
• Supervises the activity and development of Assistant Project Managers.
• Develops and maintains customer relationships to enhance company’s ability to procure projects, reduce risk, and ensure operational efficiency.
• Oversees the monitoring of the overall safety and quality issues on the project.
• Manages the development and coordination of material and equipment schedules to maximize efficiency.
• Manages and coordinates all subcontractor and vendor contracts and associated processes and procedures.
