Job summary

Ceco Concrete Construction is seeking an Assistant Project Manager I to support project managers in coordinating concrete frame and formwork projects. You will assist with planning, scheduling, budgeting, and safety compliance while maintaining project documentation.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s or associate degree in Engineering or Construction Management, 1–2 years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in Engineering, Construction Management, related field, or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of work experience in supporting similar responsibilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with all levels of an organization.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning and implementation of concrete frame and formwork projects.
• Perform jobsite inspections/audits of shoring, rebar/pt installation, safety, and quality.
• Assist managing project productivity, costs, quality and safety per company policies.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships to procure projects and improve efficiency.
• Create and coordinate material and equipment schedules and promote efficient use.
• Coordinate subcontractor and vendor contracts and related processes.
• Perform special projects and other duties as assigned.
