Job summary

Ceco Concrete Construction is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Nashville to lead concrete formwork projects and ensure safety, quality, and cost control. The role involves supervisingAssistant Project Managers and coordinating with subs to drive efficient project delivery.

The ideal candidate has a civil engineering or construction management background, 7+ years of PM experience, and strong CAD/BIM skills with a focus on formwork methods. This is a full-time on-site opportunity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum seven years of work experience in primary project management responsibilities.
• Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills across all org levels.
• Expertise reading structural drawings and CAD utilizing formwork methods (BIM Modeling, AutoCAD).

Responsibilities

• Oversees planning and implementation of concrete formwork projects.
• Monitors site inspections, safety, and quality compliance per project plans.
• Manages productivity, cost, quality and safety across projects.
• Develops processes with local teams to deliver total concrete solutions.
• Supervises Assistant Project Managers and mentors junior staff.
• Maintains client relationships to win projects and reduce risk.
• Coordinates material/equipment schedules for efficiency.
• Manages subcontractor and vendor contracts and workflows.
