Job summary

Ceco Concrete Construction in Tampa, FL seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead concrete formwork projects, ensuring productivity, quality, cost control and safety. You will supervise Assistant Project Managers and coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to support efficient operations.

The role requires a civil engineering or construction management background with at least seven years of related experience, and strong communication skills. BIM Modeling and AutoCAD experience is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum seven years’ work experience in a similar project management role.
• Advanced written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and coordinates planning and implementation of concrete formwork projects.
• Oversees jobsite inspections/audits of shoring, rebar/post-tensioning, safety and quality.
• Manages project productivity, costs, quality and safety per company policies.
• Oversees management of assigned projects with local team to deliver concrete solutions.
• Supervises the activity and development of Assistant Project Managers.
• Develops and maintains customer relationships to procure projects and reduce risk.
• Monitors overall safety and quality issues on the project.
• Coordinates material and equipment schedules for maximum efficiency.
• Manages and coordinates all subcontractor and vendor contracts and processes.
