Job summary

Ceco Concrete Construction is seeking a Project Manager to lead concrete frame and formwork projects, ensuring productivity, quality, cost control, and safety. You will supervise project teams, interpret drawings, and maintain strong client relationships.

Responsibilities include coordinating planning, inspections, and processes with local teams to deliver total concrete solutions while ensuring adherence to safety standards and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management or equivalent experience.
• Five or more years of specialized experience in commercial concrete shell construction.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with all levels of the organization.
• Detail oriented with ability to analyze layouts, deliveries and productivity.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to travel and be on projects outside the office area.

Responsibilities

• Oversees planning and implementation of concrete frame and formwork projects.
• Performs site inspections of shoring, rebar/post-tensioning installation, safety and quality.
• Manages productivity, costs, quality and safety per company policies.
• Develops processes with local team for delivering total concrete solutions.
• Reads rebar, post-tension and structural shop drawings.
• Supervises Assistant Project Managers.
• Develops customer relationships to win projects and reduce risk.
• Monitors safety and quality issues on the project.
• Coordinates material/equipment schedules and ensures efficient use.
• Manages subcontractor and vendor contracts and related processes.
