Job summary

Ceco Concrete Construction is seeking a Project Manager to lead concrete frame and formwork projects, ensuring safety, quality, cost control, and strong client relationships. This role requires supervising project teams, interpreting structural drawings, and maintaining effective communication with clients and vendors.

The position focuses on coordinating schedules, managing subcontractors, and delivering projects to meet specifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management or equivalent.
• 5+ years in commercial concrete shell construction with similar responsibilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with all levels of the organization.
• Detail oriented with ability to analyze plan layouts, material deliveries and productivity.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Advanced knowledge of safety and OSHA requirements and regulations.
• Ability to travel and work on projects outside of the office area.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and coordinates the planning and implementation of concrete frame and formwork projects.
• Performs jobsite inspections/audits of shoring, rebar/post-tensioning installation, safety, and quality.
• Manages project productivity, costs, quality and safety per company policies.
• Develops and maintains customer relationships to procured projects and reduce risk.
• Monitors overall safety and quality on the project.
• Coordinates material and equipment schedules and vendor/subcontractor contracts.
