Job summary

Ceco Concrete Construction is seeking a Project Manager to lead concrete frame and formwork projects. You will supervise teams, interpret drawings, and maintain client relationships while ensuring safety, quality and cost control.

The role requires a 5+ year background in commercial concrete shell work, a bachelor’s in engineering or construction mgmt, strong communication, and travel readiness. Comprehensive benefits are offered with base salary listed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management or equivalent experience.
• Minimum five years of specialized commercial concrete shell construction experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all levels.
• Detail oriented with ability to analyze plans, deliveries and productivity.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Advanced knowledge of safety and OSHA regulations.
• Ability to travel and work on projects outside the office.

Responsibilities

• Oversees planning and implementation of concrete frame and formwork projects.
• Performs jobsite inspections of shoring, rebar/post-tensioning, safety and quality.
• Manages productivity, costs, quality and safety per policy.
• Leads project teams and coordinates with local team to deliver solutions.
• Reads rebar/post-tension/shop drawings and structural plans.
• Supervises development of Assistant Project Managers.
• Develops and maintains customer relationships to win projects and reduce risk.
• Monitors safety and quality issues on the project.
• Coordinates material and equipment schedules and their use.
• Manages subcontractor and vendor contracts and processes.
