Job summary

Ceco Concrete Construction is seeking an Assistant Project Manager III to support complex concrete frame and formwork projects from pre-construction through closeout. In this senior-level role, you will assist in scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, and quality control, collaborating with project managers and superintendents to drive on-time, on-budget project success.

Candidates should have a related degree and at least three years of experience, strong communication, and travel

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in Engineering, Construction Management, related field, or its equivalent with at least 3 years supporting similar responsibilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all levels and with customers and vendors.
• Detail oriented with ability to analyze plan layouts, material deliveries, and jobsite productivity.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Advanced knowledge of safety and OSHA requirements and regulations.
• Ability to travel and work on projects outside the office area.

Responsibilities

• Supports the coordination of planning and implementation of concrete frame and formwork projects.
• Performs jobsite inspections/audits of shoring, rebar/pt installation, safety, and quality.
• Collaborates with Project Manager on management of productivity, costs, quality and safety.
• Assists in managing assigned projects with local team to develop processes for delivering total concrete solutions.
• Develops and maintains customer relationships to enhance ability to procure projects and reduce risk.
• Monitors safety and quality issues on the project.
• Leads development and coordination of material and equipment schedules for efficient use.
• Supports coordination of subcontractor and vendor contracts and related processes.
• May assume the role of Project Manager for smaller projects as needed.
• Performs special projects and completes other duties for the organization.
