Job summary

CALDO CONCRETE CO is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee delivery of residential and commercial construction projects. You will coordinate pre-construction planning, budgeting, scope management, scheduling, and safety, partnering with Finance to keep costs aligned with budgets and contracts.

Responsibilities include developing schedules, controlling costs, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring quality and timely closeout across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Experience managing residential and commercial construction projects; concrete experience preferred.
• Ability to collaborate with Finance to keep budgets, billing, forecasts accurate.
• Proven ability to manage scope, schedules, milestones, and deliverables while balancing cost, quality, and time.
• Identify and communicate budget variances, cost overruns, scope changes, and schedule risks early.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage residential and commercial construction projects from pre-construction through final closeout.
• Develop and communicate project schedules, milestones, and deliverables; address delays proactively.
• Review estimates, establish budgets, ensure scope and costs align with contracts.
• Monitor budgets, committed costs, labor, materials, subcontractor costs, change orders, and forecasts.
• Communicate with Finance on budgets, billing, cash-flow, and financial reporting.
• Ensure teams understand scope, contract requirements, schedule, and budget; document changes.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, general contractors, owners, and internal teams to meet objectives.
• Order materials and coordinate deliveries to support schedules and avoid delays.
• Maintain project records and report progress, risks, and budget changes.
