Innovative Concrete LLC seeks a Commercial Concrete Project Engineer to oversee and operate projects from pre-construction through closeout, coordinating with general contractors and subcontractors to keep work on plan.

The role requires a solid understanding of concrete installation, scheduling, cost control, and communication across teams. Candidates should be dependable, organized, and capable of multi-tasking, with availability for occasional off-hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience leading commercial/construction projects from pre-con or closeout.
• Strong reading of plans, specs, schedules, and budgets.
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and maintain project cost controls.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial/industrial concrete projects from pre-construction to closeout.
• Stay ahead of crews with scheduling, procurements, and RFI coordination.
• Review submittals, RFIs, and shop drawings for accuracy and completeness.
• Attend pre-construction meetings and support field teams.
• Utilize project management software and adapt to new tools.
