Job summary

Rolls-Royce Power Systems AG is seeking a Project Manager in Mankato, MN with hybrid work pattern (2 office days per week). The role manages a portfolio of complex projects from initiation to completion, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets are met.

Responsibilities include risk and change management, reporting to executives, and identifying additional revenue opportunities while coordinating with contractors on generator set installations.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field + 4 years of experience in customer project execution.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field + 2 years of experience in customer project execution.
• Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• JD/PhD in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• In lieu of degree, 6+ years of experience in customer project execution.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of complex projects from initiation through completion, delivering on scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Proactively manage project scope changes, crises and risks with contingency plans.
• Prepare and deliver project progress reports to executive management.
• Identify potential additional revenue opportunities and grow project relationships.
• Assess project status via onsite meetings and coordinate with contractors on generator set installation.
• Drive project excellence through risk management, change control, and continuous improvement.
