Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree or JD/PhD options available for advanced eligibility.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate administrative and financial execution of large-engine service projects, including labor tracking, invoicing, quotations, and parts management.
• Manage warranty and WIP activities, tracking claims and coordinating resolution.
• Analyze project financial data and provide visibility for decision-making and improvements.
• Support government contracts by coordinating documentation, invoices, and records management.
• Partner with Service Managers, Engineering, Finance, and global teams to improve service execution.
